Stan ..asleep again

a week on and on the mend ..what ever she had scarred the hell out of me
she is still on antibiotics ..she has poorly eyes right now
but ..she is so much better ..eating well and NOT sleeping as much
I cant tell you how happy its made me having her in my life
the thought of loosing her last week was awful
she is so much better its hard to believe looking and those pictures how ill she has been

today I bought myself flowers
today I bought myself flowers ...I fancied cheering myself up ..without eating a ton of chocolate !Lola came home yesterday ..she still isnt well..but were getting there I think ...I was worried to death this morning ..last night she went all sleepy again ..Im just paranoid ...Ive lost 3 cats in 11 months ..and I couldnt face loosing another yet
but she woke up better ..she is still sleepy ..but ..we I think she is on the mend
Mmmmmm Ruki ...I LOVE this ..hate the cuts ..but I am hoping they will do the face-up without them
I have just enough to get 2 more tan ..I think LOL
THIS and Belle ...fraid the HK ones I WILL have to give a miss this time if I GET THESE 2 TAN
..last time I didnt get the tan though ...I never forgave myself ..and I have never been able to get a tan Momo again ..if I let tan Belle and Ruki go ..I think I will regret it

Poor Lola ..took suddenly ill yesterday ...she was very drowsy and wouldn't eat her favorite chicken..half an hour later ..that fast ,she went off her legs went floppy and unresponsive :(I dashed her to the vets
Lola was kept in last night ..her temperature is still very very high , but Mike phoned as at 10.30 she has picked up a little and is eating ...so I slept better but missed her ...this is my first cat Pete has let me keep in with me ..he doesn't like cats in the bedroom ...but Lola cries and gets lonely
so she sleeps next to the bed ..she is ever so good ..she never gets on the bed until 7.00 ..she is my own little alarm clock
This morning Alex phoned me ...Lola is eating everything she is given ..but her temperature is still very high and she is sleeping a lot of the time ..she is on a drip for antibiotics and given an injection ..and something else ..I forgot ...they are hoping by this afternoon her temperature will drop more
looks like another night away from us ..
as if her temperature hasn't dropped enough for it to be safe
, she has to stay in
she is still on a drip ..and I can go visit her in an hour
the worrying thing is they cant find anything wrong with her

went to Visit Lola ...she perked up ..wolfed down the chicken ..and played with my Lola Rose bracelets and for a time ..then fell asleep ..then woke and we watched the bus`s and the traffic
she isn't at all her self ..her eyes are running ..and she feels so weak in my hands
then she would just look up at me with those huge sad eyes
I held her for almost an hour ..and let them have her back
she is going to stop in again tonight ...I just hope her temperature drops ..its still 40.1
its a long day ..Im doing work ..but my heart isn't in it

Sam helping
Im not online too much at the moment
I have a whopping backlog of orders I'm ploughing through
I vastly underestimated how long it would take to make up the curly tot wigs
I am perming them now ..so it takes much longer ..but the results more permanent
I am aiming to get my back logs out by the end of the week
when Im not making up the wigs ...I am hunting for another kitten
Im missing Winnie like crazy ..so is Zack ..he has no-one to play with ...Sam largely ..sleeps ..by me ..and that's it
he is so laid back nothing bothers him ..except if I wont pick him up and love him when HE wants me too
but we are at the top of a list of British short hairs ..we are going to view them May 16th ...cant wait
and Im waitng to here back if I have a very special little girl
...so kitty talk over ..wig talk

beloved winnie
what a week ...
Sunday ..got to the show and they never received my booking ..
I had some lovely offers of help ..and the organiser got me an extra table ...it was a little tense
the clutch went on the car driving home ...so we have no car for Miniatura ..they cant fix it untill next week
then to top it off
Winnie didn't come home Monday ...I knew in my heart something was wrong
she had a very short life ..but was loved and adored
and I cant thank you all enough for the personal messages I have got
when you work for yourself like I do ..it can be very isolated ..and I dont mind ...I love my work ..and my cats are my constant companions ...they are sat on the table by me now ...:)
loosing one of them is like losing a friend
and Winnie ...lol she never shut up ..never ,,she was always "talking " jumping on me or the other cats ..she demand our attention all of the time ..and we loved it ...
so its very quiet without her
and I have had such lovely messages they have so helped ...thank you all xx

its because I have 2 exhibitions coming up ..so I am trying to fit in dressing some fullsets and making my bears with making up orders

the babies come out to play again
Ok so 2010
didn't start quite how I planned ..colds ..cough ..chest infections ..Sinusitis ...Respiratory infection ..and now ...another cold
the joys of working for yourself ..what stress LOL
Im still managing my 3 happy thoughts a day
and manage it ...I do feel blessed ,,I have an amazing husband ,,,who only flinched slightly when I told him I had gone on the wait list for an enchanted doll ..and said he liked my new Mooqla
my kids a re great ..we rarely argue ...in face we have a pretty good laugh ..and my cats ...Winny and Zack are great ..but little Sam ...still smaller than the other 2 ..he is devoted to me ...and I to him ...I dont have favorites ..honest ..but I saved him ..and its like he knows ...wonderful animal
and spring is coming ..I can feel it ...I see it every day in my work room, buds pushing through the soil ..it's coming
I havent felt this creative since ....Years ..watch this space
Miniatura is 2 weeks a way and I have 2 projects ..and 3 boy dolls ...and hopefully the Thistledown will be here

With a weeks orders already in..Im seriously considering makeing up some specials to list on Etsy ..its going to be very difficult to reproduce this I think
and I have some storm skys that I know is going to be amazing in this style
this week I got my face-up commisions done ..I dont do them vrey oftern ..but Blossom will see her new girl tommorow ..and I re-did Koori ..I love her !
wig orders will go out tommorow and Saturday ..Im pretty much up to date

my latest acquisition
Little Fee Shiwoo ..its great to have a little fee back in my house ..and I have always adored the Shiwoo sculpt , whether it was a SD or Mini fee ..so of course the little fee is perfect
the year has started out with a bang ..and gone full pelt into the new year
not only have I added 3 more Lati into the fold .
AND new wig colours ..my dolls are flying out ..and Im working 7 days again
wig ordres are up to 3 weeks wait list
dolls I do have good stock of large Mina and Bracken , Brier Rose and Moona ...but the smaller ones are dwindling
Im trying to think of my happy thoughts too
so far ..even though I had that lousy cough ...and we have had so much cold ..and snow !
today is face-up day ..I have set it aside
I have 2 Hujoo , 1 planetdoll ...a Bobobie sprite and Blossoms Chibi

look who is comming to live with me
I do have a little obsession with Lati ...sadly I had to sell most my Lea when I had to pay my cats Vets fee :(
this year ...I have decided I am going to collect the HK ...a little more selective ,and not by repeat sculpts
I should have bought Cookie when I had the chance ..I love this sculpt , but I managed to get her
I also this weekend adopted a HK unicorn Miel ..so Lily has a Sister !
with Lami , coming to live with me
I am hopeing one day to add a tan Byrul and I rather like Momo
and a Coco will one day come and live with me again
and Im dreaming of a tiny tan Belle ..but on the basic body
and a sugar or Choco Lea
at least I will have a Mystic head though ..rather happy about that
and managed to get the HK girls
spring cleaned today ..accounts all done ..so the wig orders should bw going out Tuesday as promised

Lily , is comming home
just had to be done ..no more Lati for me untill the HongKong
I needed this little girl more than air !
so she is ordered ..with her white sister Iris
Ok update ...I have been lousy since before Christmas ..much better now !
all the late orders have gone now ...orders from the 12th Jan onwards are almost ready
all the doll orders have been shipped !
so Im cooking with gas ..Ooo Im also doing a custom Moona ...HUMAN ! ..ITS WORKED SHE IS Gorgeous ..pictures when she is finished xx

SICK ...................
just a quick update
Ive been under the weather since Christmas ..but felt this comming on the weekend ...
We are snowed under and to top it all .although I can now get in my car ....I have a chest infection from hell ..so cant get out for a couple of days again
I had to go out to the Dcs this morning ..the conditions and the cold ..slayed me
the Antibiotocs should be working by in a few days ..as long as I can get the car to the front of the post office ..I will be Ok ..so I will be sposting the wigs as soon as I can
its so frustraiting ..I dont feel to bad ...just exhausted ...when Im in the house ..Im not too bad ..just coughing like an old man ..!! and I know through past history I have to be careful
the last time I ended up bed ridden for 2 weeks ..sS
its just the walking thing I can do right now , iM RESTINg ..FLUIDS AND MEDS
But I promise ..what ever they will be in the post by the end of the week ...if I'm not better I'm enlisting the help of Hubby to get the mail out
THE WIGS ARE DONE ...I JUST CANT GET THEM OUT :(
so Im taking this time to do some sewing ..and colourcharts ..and sleep xx

HAPPY NEW YEAR
I cant believe my Koori (ice ) made it home just before Christmas
I am thrilled
I was reading a magazine article the other day about happiness ..
all about possative thought and all that ..and another about face-ing your Tiger !
sounded so cool ..so this year ...Im going to be more organised and face my tigers ...I hate making phonecalls ..accountants ..banks that sort of thing , but Im going to do it !
be a little more possative and write down 3 things that happened to me in the day that made me happy

AT LAST ..I found my P60 ..yes this made me happy LOL
Wonderful meal at my Mum and Dads with all the family and my 2 brothers ...it was lovely
and a quiet evening in front of the fire with my Husband ..Pete

Moona ready for Christmas
well Im recovering now from a lousy cold and chest infection ..must be getting old LOL
I had tor est completely for a few days ..now its so cold I cant go out ...I cough my lungs up lol

Kitty is next a violet and white cat ..so far so good

Make up my dolls house and Pete wants to do the caravan for the elves ...so Im going to start the horse in the new year
...feeling very festive ..wrapped up walm by the fire with my 3 kittys !
