at last ...after a very long and stressfull weekend
my work office is up and running
spent most of Saturday without power trying to get power into the WORKSHOP !
STRESS!!!! ...seriously I felt better than I have for ages
my blood preasure is normal
if I can just control the stress I should get rid of the mirgaines
Im still on the meds to control them
but they are hopeing in 3 more months and I can come off them
now if I can just control the stress
